Welcome to Blending Reality. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Usage Permissions

You are allowed to export your 3D scans, 3D models, photos, videos and modify, sell or distribute them. You’re not allowed to copy, modify the app or website.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions for Blending Reality are billed at $3 per month. These subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple iTunes. Blending Reality does not have access to Apple iTunes accounts or transactions. If you wish to confirm the type of subscription that has been purchased from Apple iTunes, please consult your Apple iTunes account or receipt as each subscription will have a unique billing name. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and switch off auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes & App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are purchased from and billed by Apple iTunes, not Blending Reality. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple iTunes. Blending Reality does not have access to Apple iTunes accounts or transactions.

5. Copyright

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blending Reality or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

We do not collect, store, or share any face data, including data derived from the TrueDepth API. Our app uses the TrueDepth API solely to enable face tracking and recording for augmented reality (AR) purposes. Specifically, we use this information to provide a smooth and responsive AR experience by detecting facial movements and applying them in real-time to AR effects. The face data is processed on your device in real-time and is not stored or transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

This data is used exclusively while the AR features are active and is discarded once the AR session ends. You can find further details in our privacy policy under Section 2: Information We Collect, and Section 3: How We Use Your Information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
