    • Server-Side: If a question is generated via our web API, the generated question text is stored in our global database to improve the game variety for all users. This data is anonymized; we do not link the generated question to your specific device or identity.
    • On-Device AI: When using Apple Intelligence features, processing is performed locally on your device or via Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. We do not have access to your private on-device processing data.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Game Center: The App utilizes Apple’s Game Center to provide leaderboards and achievement tracking. The usage of Game Center is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not store your Game Center ID or data on our servers; it is handled entirely by Apple’s ecosystem.

4. Data Retention Since we do not collect personal user data, we have no personal data to retain. Anonymized gameplay data (such as global popularity of specific trivia topics) may be kept indefinitely to improve service quality.

  • Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for high-quality content, AI-generated questions may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or contextually incorrect. By using the App, you acknowledge that the developer is not liable for any errors in the trivia content.
  • User Input: You agree not to input custom topics that are illegal, hateful, explicit, or offensive. We reserve the right to block specific keywords or topics at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property The App itself, including the visual design, trademarks, and original source code, belongs to Antonesei Cristian. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

4. Game Center This App is integrated with Apple Game Center. You agree to comply with Apple’s terms regarding the use of this service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Game Center.

5. Connectivity and Availability The App requires an active internet connection to fetch questions from the API. The developer does not guarantee that the API or the App will be available at all times without interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antonesei Cristian Ion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
